1-1 Counselling

Service Description

I offer an integrative counselling approach which is non-judgmental and client led. I have experience of dealing with the following issues: - depression and anxiety - stress - loss of motivation - confidence and self-esteem - relationship difficulties - building resilience - self-harm and thoughts of suicide - loss and bereavement - abuse and complex trauma.  I am ASIST (suicide first aid & prevention) trained and a Trauma Informed counsellor (member of the Complex Trauma Therapist Network UK). *Prices are £50 per 1-1 session. £45 per session for Counselling students Sessions are 1 hour
